Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ImmA. By creating an account or playing an event, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account; you must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse other players, characters or staff; don't cheat, tamper with scans or scores, scrape data, or try to extract solutions from AI characters. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content and responsibility
Architects own the scenarios they create and license them through the platform; organizers run licensed events. You grant us the rights needed to host and deliver that content. An Architect is solely responsible for every scenario they create, generate with our tools or publish, and for everything they put into it: their brief, any text they paste, their pictures and logos, and the generated result they choose to keep. Each time they publish, the Architect confirms that the scenario is their own work or that they hold the rights to all of it, and that it infringes no copyright, trademark, image right or other right of anyone else. ImmA hosts this content and filters what it receives before generation (names of protected works are replaced with original ones, explicit content is softened), but it does not review every scenario before publication and gives no warranty that a scenario is free of other people's rights. To the extent the law allows, an Architect whose scenario infringes someone's rights bears the consequences, including any claim made against ImmA because of it.
Payments and refunds
Event tickets and licenses are sold under the pricing shown at purchase. A license can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase, provided the scenario has not yet been run. After that window, refunds follow the terms in the signed offer. Player-ticket refunds follow the event's stated policy.
Service “as is”
We work hard to keep ImmA reliable, but the service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
Using your event as a reference, photos and your name
If you accept it, we may name your organization and show its logo as a reference (the "They solved a mystery with us" row on our home page), and may publish photographs or short recordings of your event on our site and channels. This is optional: you can refuse it, or change your mind later, and it never affects the price you pay, what we deliver, or the service you get. Where somebody can be individually recognized in a photograph or a recording, the organizer of the event is responsible for telling them and for getting their agreement before sending us the material. Anyone who appears in something we have published, whether you, a guest or a player, can ask us to take it down at any time and without giving a reason: write to us through the contact form and we will remove it from our own site and channels promptly. Copies that other people have already shared elsewhere cannot always be recalled, which is why we ask before publishing rather than after.
Who sells
Little Mysteries, scenario licenses and team tickets may be sold by ImmA as an intermediary, in the name and on behalf of the Architect who wrote the scenario, and venue slots in the name and on behalf of the Organizer who sells them. In that case the checkout and your receipt name that person as the seller, you pay them through Stripe, and they are responsible for what is sold, including refunds under these terms; ImmA receives a commission. When a sale also carries a share owed to someone else (an Organizer's margin on a team ticket, an Architect's share of a venue slot), ImmA collects that share in the name and for the account of the person it is owed to and passes it on to them unchanged. Otherwise, ImmA is the seller.
Reporting content that infringes your rights
If a scenario, a picture or any other content on ImmA uses material you hold the rights to without your permission, write to us through the contact form with the address of the page, the work concerned and why you hold the rights to it. We review every report promptly, remove or disable access to content that is clearly unlawful, and tell its author. An Architect who repeatedly publishes infringing content may have their account suspended.
