Photos, transcripts and the recap stay open for 7 days afterwards.
What actually happens on the night
- 1Your guests split into teamsEach team plays the same case at the same time, on their own phones. There is no app to install.
- 2They walk from QR to QREach sheet you put up is a place in the story. Scanning one opens what is there to find: a room, an object, a witness.
- 3They question the charactersEvery suspect is played by an AI that knows its own secrets, its own lies, and what it is willing to admit under pressure. Teams type; the characters answer.
- 4Questions cost Action PointsEach team has a budget, so they have to choose what to chase. That is the game: not finding everything, but finding the right things.
- 5One team names the culpritWhen they think they have it, they resolve the case and answer the questions the author wrote. They are scored on the spot.
What you have to do
- 1Put up the sheets with the QR codesPrint the kit and stick each page where it belongs. Twenty minutes for a flat, longer for a street.
- 2Send the invitationsYou add email addresses and everyone gets a link. Nobody pays and nobody needs an account beforehand.
- 3Start them off, then watchYou have a live screen showing where every team is and what they have found. You never have to referee anything.

Questions people ask first
- What exactly do I get for €200?
- One evening of one story, for up to 5 teams, with a printable QR kit and the AI characters your guests interrogate. Nothing else to buy.
- How many people can play?
- Up to 5 teams, and a team can be as large as you like. Four to six people per team works best, so most evenings are somewhere between eight and thirty guests.
- Where can we play it?
- Anywhere you can put up a sheet of paper. A flat, a garden, a village hall, a few streets. Your guests use their own phones.
- Do my guests pay anything?
- No. You pay once and everyone you invite plays for free.
- Can we have more than 5 teams?
- Buy a second evening and run them side by side. For a really large group, talk to us instead and we will set it up properly.
- What if the date changes?
- Move it yourself, as long as no team has started. Everyone you have already invited keeps their link and is told the new date.
- What if we have to call it off?
- Cancel it yourself up to 7 days before and you are refunded in full. Closer than that, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
